2. Permit Application Submission
We submit the permit on your behalf to the local building department. If a private provider is used, we prepare and include all applicable notices to the city. We coordinate plan routing between city review and private review (when used) to reduce back-and-forth and compress timelines.

3. Ongoing Monitoring & Response
Once the permit is in, we monitor the portal daily, respond to city comments, flag items for your team to address (e.g., contractor license issue, missing forms), and proactively escalate delays. Your assigned technician keeps you updated at every step.

4. Permit Issuance & Coordination

Once the permit is approved, we pay the associated fees on your behalf to save you time, retrieve the approved documents, and deliver the complete permit package directly to your team. You’ll simply reimburse us for the permit fees. If a Notice of Commencement or any other pre-construction compliance requirement is needed, we’ll coordinate that too, ensuring everything is in place for your project to move forward smoothly.

5. Inspection Management
We can schedule and manage inspections—municipal or private—so your office doesn't have to. We’ll remind you of upcoming inspections, follow up on failed items, and track completion.

6. Closeout
We track every permit to closeout. Once all inspections pass, we request COs or final approvals, upload all final docs to your portal, and confirm the permit is fully closed.
